Quick and Easy Vegetarian Stir-Fry

The Ingredients
Tofu
1 Red Pepper
1 Yellow Onion
1 head of Brocolli
2 Large Carrots
Handful Sugar Snap Peas
4 green onions
Handful Cashews
1 Clove Garlic
1 tbs Ginger- fresh chopped
Wheat-Free Tamari Sauce (basically it's just Soy Sauce)
Sesame Seeds

You can pretty much use any veggies that you want, but I like the ones above best! I like my Tofu well done so I used a different pan to cook it. First I mixed 4 tbs of Tamari Sauce, Garlic, and Ginger and marinated the tofu for 10 minutes, then I put all into a pan and cooked for around ten minutes. Then I used a wok to cook all of the vegetables- there are two ways to do this

1. Throw everything in and cook for a few minutes, then add cashews and green onions for a few more minutes. OR

2. Cook all the vegetables seperately in the wok, which is what I did. I started with the brocolli and cooked it all the way then put it into a large bowl and covered it, then the carrots and so on and so forth. Then I mixed the vegetables together, added some seseame seeds and served upon a few scoops of brown rice and put the tofu on top.

Martha's No Knife Pasta

Martha's No Knife Pasta
Martha had on Joan Rivers the other day and they made this- it looked delicious and easy so I thought I would give it a try. It was outstanding, simple and I highly recomend trying this. It is pretty messy to rip the tomatoes into the bowl, but if you slice them you iwll loose some of the tomato juice that made this so wonderful. I like to use different types of interesting pasta and this time I tried pasta nests- they came out in little balls and then as they cooked flattened out. All in all it is one of the best things I have made! I hope you try it too.

Enjoy your easy pasta dinner!

Finally a new camera!!!!

I finally have a new camera! Thanks to my mom who bought me a Nikon Coolpix s6000 for my birthday! It has 14.2 megapixels- that's twice as many as my last camera- and can take HD movies with the press of a button! It is so easy to use, everything is so simple I even figured out how to use the self timer something I never did figure out on my last one.
Here are some pictures I took last week in Florida-
