Save me, San Francisco < 3

I definitely have been high and low in San Francisco, but the city by the bay will always have a special place in my heart. I don't always make it to the city (for those of you not from the bay area, of course I mean San Francisco, is there any other city? I know New Yorkers hate to hear that ;) when I visit home, but this time I was lucky enough to. Amber and I headed out to the city for a little shopping and a tanning party! Thanks to Beautisol and Beauty Company I now have an amazing tan ;)
Polk Street, San Francisco
As with any good party, there was champagne (punch) and snacks!
I just < 3 their vault room, so cute
Inspirational sayings
and of course, the spray tan tent- this is not a great picture but when your half naked about to be spray tanned, getting a good picture isn't exactly on your mind!
a good gift bag is also a party must!
Then we were off to Jack's, where else? for some dinner and drinks

Thanks Beautisol and Beauty Company for a great party and amazing tan!

XOXO,
Annie

Ghost Hunting

I love any and all ghost hunting shows, my favorite is definitely Zak on Ghost Adventures. It's on the travel channel and if you have not checked it out, you should! So when I saw a ghost tour advertised in Old Town San Diego with a ghost hunter, I knew we had to go. We had been on a ghost tour in Williamsburg Virginia on a cold and rainy night and it was awesome, the guide carried a lantern and was dressed in a period costume and we walked through the mostly empty streets hearing stories of ghosts long dead that still roam the grounds. The old buildings were cool and on a dark and stormy night it was definitely scary! This Old Town's Most Haunted Ghost Tour was totally different, we walked around old town with our guide Michael hearing stories of encounters he had in and around Old Town.
We walked through old town and to the Whaley House, which is supposedly one of the most haunted buildings in the country. I have lived here ten years and still have never been inside, on our next outing that is where I'm heading!
Then we walked through the old graveyard...
... paranormal activity perhaps ;)
then to the Chapel of the Immaculate Conception, also a very spooky and allegedly haunted location

and then back into the park.. more ghosts.. or some dirt!

It was a fun experience, but definitely not what I was expecting.
There are several ghost tours in San Diego with different experiences,

If you want to go with a real live ghost hunter then Michael's tour is your best bet, Found here. $19 a person

The Whaley House also has a ghost tour, only on Thursday and Friday at 10:30 , it is the only tour that actually goes inside the Whaley House and The Chapel. This will definitely be my next ghost tour!! Found here, $50 a person

There is also a ghostly 3 hour limo ride, it travels to several locations around the city, including a Victorian mansion and a graveyard or two! Found here, $50 a person or $45 military/senior/ student. This company also offers walking tours starting at $20, a ghost bus ride, and you can even participate in a Séance or ghost hunt!

Annie
